Refund policy

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may open a refund request by filling this form. We have a Get Results or Get Refunded policy, thus the only cases where the Client will be refunded is:

  • if Imperium Network didn’t deliver the results from the promotion package purchased by a Client when the promotion has finished. Additionally, orders that require additional information for promotion to start and the Client hasn't provided the information to Imperium Network within 72 hours, will not be refunded and it's solely Client's responsibility;
  • WithinΒ 24 hoursΒ from placing your order, making a purchase at Imperium Network, the Client has written an email to help@imperiumnetpromo.com by clearly stating the Client’s order number and a reason for the refund. This is not applicable if the campaign and/or promotion is already running.Β 

If the client is not satisfied with the results, Imperium Network is open to analyze the results and provide a Service free of charge which is equivalent to the purchase made by a Client where there are no results or are not enough.

To verify the results (or lack there of), or in case some of the results are claimed bot traffic, our team will require your SFA (Spotify for Artists) viewer access, sent to spotify.monitoring@gmail.com.

The client can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. After 24 hours have passed, only 50% of the refund will be issued for unused services provided by Imperium Network.

Unreasonable Claims / Fair Use Policy

Our team closely monitors unusual return patterns and activity, therefore if we suspect fraudulent activity within your account, we may have to withhold issuing a refund or block your account and any associated accounts entirely.

Fraudulent activity includes but is not exhaustive to: claims relating to orders not being received, ordering and returning higher than the average return rate, unusual patterns of returns activity, 'change of mind' with no explanation after 24h of the order placement etc.



Imperium Network is not selling physical products which can be easily transferred back rather providing digital services which once executed, can’t be delivered/brought back. If the Refund Policy is something of concern for the Client, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via help@imperiumnetpromo.com and the customer support will be able to assist the Client with useful case studies or video testimonials from Imperium Network’s long-term artists.

Imperium is committed to providing artists and clients with the best possible services to promote their music. However, Imperium does not own or manage any Spotify playlists, SoundCloud channels, YouTube channels, Apple Music playlists, Tidal playlists, or any other means to promote music. All the above are owned and managed by independent curators or third parties.

Imperium does not have direct control over the source of streams generated through playlists where an artist's songs are placed. While we take measures to ensure that our curated playlists prioritize organic promotion, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of streams generated from these playlists. Therefore, Imperium will not issue refunds for any alleged fake streams or irregularities in stream counts.

Furthermore, Imperium cannot be held responsible for any adverse impact on an artist's song or artist profile resulting from fake streams or any other playlist-related activities. We encourage artists and clients to provide feedback and report any concerns regarding playlist activity, and we will take appropriate actions in line with our commitment to maintaining the integrity of our services.

Imperium reserves the right to deny a refund request where it is considered as an abuse of the refund policy.Β 

In any case, the refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
